My first photo used in major ad campaign! This Ad is for the BBC’s international ‘Power of Asia’ Season. The idea was to show how the rise of Asia in the world economy could change perceptions of how we view the relative strengths of different global regions.

The ad featured in the Wall Street Journal, UK Financial Times, Singapore Business Times among others and various web banners.

Credit to colleagues Nat and Rob for Indesign and Photoshop expertise respectively.

The shoot was pretty simple. A little cube lite soft box  and a Canon 7D with an interfit strobes flash diffuser mounted on a speedlite flash.

The label was on the shirt was custom made.

Couple of behind the scenes shots below. Getting an instant preview of the images on the connected macbook was extremely helpful in spotting issues, checking focus etc.
